Run Idea....NEED ADVICE Please

Someone on CL has a metal frame gazebo for $50. It is 10 x 10, similar to the size of the dog kennels at my TSC.

Im wondering if I couldnt get it and figure out how to add fencing. Anyone have any ideas for attaching the fencing? Was planning on putting hardware cloth on bottom and some fence with small rectangles at the top part.

Not sure how I would go around the bottom to make it dig proof/predator proof?? And the frame has the 4 corners, but wonder if I should add t-posts in between for more stability?

The top has pretty rounded metal scroll work and either I might be able to take off to put chickenwire on, or use a canvas tarp so that it fits over the rounded shape??

How would I add a door/gate?

Has anyone done something similar? If so, could you post pics?

Sorry for all the questions....Ive done very little building!

Yes, it sounds like it would make a great run. You can use self-tapping screws and washers to attach the fence to it. Add an apron of wire around it attached at the bottom to discourage digging predators. You might have to add posts, or chain link top rails for added support.
It all depends on how much you want to put into it. You could run wood or the chain link rail around the bottom to attach the wire if you want to make it super secure.
