Heard a few myths about if you put something that reflects lights above the run, airborne preditors stay away?

Maybe it fools a predator once but there is a reason that netting and wire sell so well.

I have put flashing/shiny tape over orchard trees to keep the birds from eating fruit. It might work for you too.
