Oeh! that's a long list!
You could give them apples or watermelon as a fruit. They love it!
And as a snack, cucumber, mealworm, endive....
There are many more things they like!

What kinda fruit and snacks can i give them?

They should be able to eat the same things as any other kind of ducks. So if you find any lists of treats for ducks, or threads talking about what people give to their ducks, the same ideas should be fine for your ducks.

I have noticed that peas seem to be popular (the fresh green vegetable kind of peas, often found in the frozen section of the grocery store if you don't have a garden to grow them yourself.)

Most kinds of fruits and vegetables should be fine, but I don't know enough about ducks to give a good list.

Can i give them banana and does breed not matter in what they can eat?

Banana yes!
I don't give them bread because it contains salt

Correct. Any breed of duck can eat the same things as any other breed of duck.

A duck that is bigger or smaller may be able to eat bigger or smaller pieces of food, but they can still eat the same kinds of food.
