I hope this is the right place to ask. I tried the recipe section and got no response.
What causes fresh egg yoke to run? I've read that it happens with older hens which tells me it could be a nurtrient deficiency. I am wondering what nutrient? My hens are not that old. I collect eggs every day at 3:00.
I try and sell extra eggs but, I am not willing to sell them now because people may think they are not fresh. I think it is only happening with one hen.
Any ideas?

Thanks a bunch. Those sights are extremely helpful. Temps have been high and humidity low. I'm thinking that's the problem.
