Runny nose and hiccuping - no other symptoms?

My rooster has been hiccuping for about a month now - no other symptoms other than an occassional sneeze.

One of my hens has been hiccuping for the last few weeks, and had a runny nose today. No other symptoms and she is fine otherwise.

Should I be concerned?

Should I get medicine? Three of them are laying eggs. Thanks.
