I have a blue bell, she had egg peritonitis which we treated and she is all fine now albeit not laying anymore which isn't a problem my other girls provide enough eggs for us to enjoy. Anyway since this she hasn't really had a solid poo, sometimes if she had a bit of grass it will bind it but other than that it's almost like water. Any advice or help would be welcome.

Welcome to BYC.

What course of treatment did you give for the Peritonitis?
What type of food/treats are you feeding her?

Since she is not laying eggs anymore, you may want to consider feeding an all flock/flock raiser type feed. This has more protein than layer feed and less calcium which she will not need. You can provide oyster shell free choice to supplement any calcium needs.
