Runny POO

Hey every one i'm just wondering but in the last 2 days i think one of my chicks have been pooping runny poo it is like a chocolate milk color. They are only a week old i think and they are just eatting the reg. chick starter and they haven't hasd any treats yet so im not sure what to do if you could help me out that would make me vary happy thanks
