runny poop from newer bird

HI ... we purchased some new chickens about 3 weeks ago. We have them in quarantine but one of the pullets has runny poop. I can tell if it is every time but I see it on the walls and floor etc. Brown and runny. I added ACV in the water to help with the transition. I thought she was stressed from the move but concerned that is has been 3 weeks now. Otherwise acting normal.

How is she otherwise? Where are they quarantined? Could she have come into contact with the protozoa that cause coccidosis or worms? When did the runny poop start? Have you changed their feed?

HI...he seems ok other wise. They have been quarantined the 3 weeks they have been at my house... Three new birds together. She was with a healthy flock before. I noticed when she got to my house...new food and stress of move ( was in a box for 24 hours in move) could have caused it but 3 weeks later and still seeing some runny poop on walls from perch... worried.
