I have a timid runt Ameraucana chicken that I can no longer care for, because against my many efforts, my other chickens will not stop bullying her. She needs some extra attention and an experienced chicken owner but she is a great chicken! Free to good home. Chapel Hill, NC

Aww it sounds adorable!

I am WAYYY more far then NC! I'm in turkey/Iran for a holiday! So I can't get her unfortunately, and we do have hens...

I don't know who would get her.. @Hybridchucks @N F C do you know?

Hopefully someone reading here in the "free re-homing" forum will be able to take her but if not, maybe try posting on the NC state thread? Must be difficult to give her up but I can understand why if the others won't stop picking on her.

Damn. I would like to, but I'm in Upstate NY. I wouldn't normally suggest shipping such a stressed out bird... Though, if you find out how to ship an adult bird & consider it as an option, let me know the cost of shipping & I'll tell you if I can swing it
I am trying to get together a flock of small/bantam Ameraucana, and recently sold several large-fowl bullies of various breeds and sizes. I have a pretty mellow crew here now. She would fit right in, if there is a way to get her here.
If anyone from your area is heading this way for vacation, in the Adirondacks, New England, Canada?!? Etc. and yearns to make it a truly epic and unique experience, I would accept delivery of that bird!
Best of luck.
