I know I am probably worrying over nothing, but my flock is 4 weeks old and my little Golden Laced Wyandotte does not want to grow. She is eating and drinking, active and alert, and her vent is clear and poop is normal. She is still just about half the size of her sisters (including the other Wyandotte in the flock). Is this something I should be concerned about?

I had a Speckled Sussex (1 of 3) that was the same. She finally caught up, she was just a slower girl to grow.

It sounds like your girl is healthy, maybe she just needs more time.
Thanks for the reassurance. First time chicken dad is a nerve wrecking job!

I understand, I think we've all been there! :D

My little SS I named Peanut because she was such a runt. She finally grew to be a beautiful girl. Here she is cleaning up in the garden.
