So i hatched 5 chicks April 12 2018 these 2 were the only girls, I was wondering why the amberlink is smaller than my delware. Are amberlinks smaller breeds or is she just a runt?

Yes, Amberlinks are generally smaller than Delawares.

Not sure how you hatched an Amberlink, they are a multi-cross bird bred at hatcheries for high egg production.
So maybe it's cross between an Amberlink and another bird?
I hatched an Amberlink egg from a flock with an EE cock/erel, she was a great bird, laid like mad but died young(2-3yrs).

Kind of thought so but her comb and waddle are very small for 22 weeks. She’s most likely a cross not really sure.
