Rusty Watering can??

My galvanized waterer is rusting right where the water sits at the bottom. How can i remove this. Any advised will be so nice

While it wouldn't worry me, and I wouldn't bother with it the easiest way to remove rust is with a bead blaster. If you have a starter and alternator rebuilding shop nearby they should have one.
