New $100 pond liner was put on during the remodeling phase....there was a slight leak prior and we couldn't find it. Now it is dry and snug and my flock did wonderfully this winter in it. I covered the windows with hardware cloth inside. We put in two perches over the back area with a poop board under it. Dh put in outside access for coops. Turned out well and if anyone is interested let me know!
