I live in northern NV and have a difficult time finding anything other than Purina feeds. We also have Farmer's Best but my birds didn't really care for it and their ingredients are about the same as Purina's.
I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a feed store between Sacramento and NV that has an interesting choice of poultry feed and supplies??? Price is always an issue as the cheapest I can find Layena is $15 for 50 pounds. I have tried and like the Nutrena brand but there is only one feed store that carries it...sometimes. And he charges upwards of $18 for 50 pounds of grower.
I'm not necessarily interested in organinc feed unless I could get it at a competitive price. In our area it runs about $25-30 per bag (50 pounds I think)
