She's the last chicken from a flock we had and she's alone. Not sleeping well. I'm afraid her health will decline. I've only had her a couple months, I got her to keep another hen company. But that girl got out and was ran over. So I will rehome her for free as I only want what's best for her.

I wish I had room to take her, poor lonely girl! Are you a member of any of the Sacramento area poultry Facebook pages? You might be able to find her a good home if you post on there. Lots of good chicken people will jump at a free lovely hen! I use it a lot and have gotten some lovely birds!

Where in Sac? My dad works in Woodland/Sac and I could ask if he'd like to pick her up before he comes home for the weekend. She'd be an adorable addition to our flock.
