Sad Day...Barred Rock Cockerel In Need Of A Home

I have a 5 week old cockerel Barrerd Rock in need of a home. Unfortunately I live within City Limits and can't keep him which is a shame because he's so pretty. He is very friendly and loves being held and having his neck rubbed LOL. I live near Sacramento CA and would be happy to deliver him within a reasonable distance to avoid having to set him free. I will not surrender him to the county for him to just be put down

I do hope you can find a home for him... do check with some of your no-kill animal shelters in your area. I know sometimes they may help in taking them in and trying to re-home them. The one I used to work fir every now and then would get some chickens. so docall around! Or hopefully someone here can help.
