So much going on in my flock. It's got me feeling sad.

But, then a message this morning about my 4 1/2 year old grandson:

Little Lloyd (named after my dad) was born with many challenges. But, at 2 1/2 - he finally walked! And although he really has no language, he can say a few things. "Yes, no, please, thank you". You have to encourage the words, and you have to know him to understand what he's saying. But, the fact that he does this is hope that he may have language, some day.

And apparently, today - he finally asked the question "Why?". Something a two-year old says, all day long.

It seems like such a small thing - but we are over the moon!

I just needed to brag, a little. My heart might just burst ♡

I'm so happy for you and that he learned a new word! 😁
