About a month ago my drake ( Hops) hurt his back. Originally l thought that he had a dislocated leg because of they way he was holding it but l won't get in to that, l took him to the vet that is were l found out that it was his back and not a dislocation she had me put him on a bunch of medicines and a intense PT course all of that took over 2 hourse a day but l was very willing, more than willing actually every morning when l got up my first thoughts would go to Hops and l would go and do his PT and spend time with him. He was doing so much better but the other day he went down really fast one morning he was doing fine and that night he could barely hold up his head, l called the vet the next morning seeing how they were already closed, the next morning the vet told me that she thought he had re injured his back but that if l would like to keep trying he could most likely recover. Last night when l went to go tell him good night l found that he had pasted away, this of course broke my heart he looked so peaceful and calm , l cried my self to sleep l was so devastated. I just decided that I wanted to put it out here
