Saddle/sprawl leg help

Hello, i have been reading lots of post on sprawl leg on chicks. I recently had a very tough hatch ans one chick resulted in sprawl leg. I applied a bandaid and it has been 24 hours. The chick still hasnt stood upright and lays a lot, but hasnt fallen over in 12 hours or so. I keep a towel there to keep him up a little. Can anyone tell me if this is normal behavior or look right. Id like to make sure i am doing this correct.

Looks like the chick is sitting back on it's hocks. I'm sorry I don't know what to suggest.
