Saddles, anyone?

i'm really very tired of seeing my hens and pullets with bald spots! i can't separate them for multiple reasons, such as i don't have the facilities and i love seeing him roaming around the yard. so i was thinking saddles. does anyone have a easy to follow saddle pattern with good instructions?
