Safe anti-inflammatory???

Are there any anti-inflammatories that are safe for chickens? Either herbal or medications?
I have a paralyzed pullet that I am thinking of starting her on something to help with pain or to decrease swelling but I have no idea of what to try or how much. She is three months old and underweight due to her recent problems.

I had found some info that says you can give one aspirin per one gallon of water and I was also thinking about fish oil supplements too. Let me know if that aspirin dosage is not correct because I am going to start her on both tonight.
