I am planning on making a coop in my old corn crib, the space that i am working with has an open top. So if you were in the attic of the corn crib you could go straight down to the coop. Do you think predators like coons or opossums would try to get down to the coop? If so what should I use to cover it? There are also beams up there to build on.
Also there are slots on the sides of the coop. Do I need to cover those? Would paneling work if I did cover them?
