Safe? Rabbit People weigh in!

Looks good, I also use a handful of cat toys or actual rat or rabbit toys- the rope toys might be a problem as your vet.

The lava will sure help with your bun keeping it's teeth at a healthy length (having unlimited access to hay also will do that) if she likes it then hooray - As mentioned above- you will want to keep an eye & remove it if you see her shewing at the rope itself - just to be safe - if she does then just take the lava & wood off it and give it to her that way.

On a side note - it's it fun to see them go after their new toy(s) one of my buns goes nuts whenever I put in a new chew treat for her!
