Safe to move outside when they don't need a heat plate?

My 3 ducklings are nearing ~4 weeks and have started to get their feathers. It's pretty hot here, starting to get around 90F during the day and ~68-70F at night. I've gone ahead and removed their heat plate as they haven't used it in a week and they are getting cramped in their brooder. Can they be moved outside assuming the weather stays nice and they have a secure dog kennel to stay in? I think it would be nice to give them some more room to run around.

Sounds like the weather, and timing are matched. I would do it. At night, they may huddle together for some warmth comfort.

Yes they can be out. Make sure they have shade and cool water at those temps. They will be fine with the night temps.
