Safe to use?

I bought these zip ties to use as leg bands..but after reading the sticker i’m worried about how safe they are. Opinion?

You should be fine, don’t put them on too tight tho, it seems like everything in California apparently causes cancer

Be sure to check them every few days on chicks, and weekly on growing birds. They get tight fast.
