Safegaurd goat wormer and nystatin

This is the poop that came out of the gray chicken that seemed to have gleet. Did nystatin oral for 7 days 2x a day but not strong enough put around and in vent 2x but I would have to soak her before hand each time as she is a mess. There are feathers starting to grow. She’s all pinfeather down there.

Another question I am worming them can it cause them to have diarrhea and get worse before they get better? Today would be day four.

Finally, I’ve read recently that Older Chickens should not be treated for coccidiosis with corid. And that older chickens don’t get coccidiosis? The gray girl with this poop is 2.

What’s yellow stuff you refer to? Attached are some pictures. She does kind of have her neck arched and puffed. I was not able to look in her throat, but I am able to get the worm medicine down. I just finished the nystatin treatment seven days twice a day.
Great news gleet girl pooping formed white capped. Crop girl eating. Success! Crop girl still not out of weeds but eating is a start.

Wormed, coconut oil, massage and yeast treatment.

Thank you so much for your help and guidance

One girl still ill. She is still quarantined in a small coop I use for quarantine. Eating very little, very thin, when free ranging with the flock, she stands alone, they go after her if I leave her out with the rest. Always fluffed up. It appears that the crop is emptying some overnight, but not completely. Here are some recent poop pictures. No smell coming from beak. I massage briefly each day, her neck and crop downward not sure if that something I should be doing or not? Just not sure what else to do if I should try another treatment of nystatin? Doesn’t seem to be impacted because it is squishy. She likes tunafish smashed carrots and today I gave a small piece of corn on the cob and she was really working on it. Doesn’t seem to like mash. I can tell she is eating some of the crumble because I find little pieces of crumble in her water. I have been giving her Hydro hen every other day Hasn’t layed since this all began this is week three going on four. Any other suggestions?

Not sure what those little corn like things are? They are hard are there worms that shape or is it just undigested food/grain? Not sure if the white strip is mucus or a worm?
