Safeguard equine dewormer paste dosage

I picked up this dewormer to use on our rooster. Does anyone know the effective and safe amount of dose for chickens?

Use 0.23ml of the paste, and dose once a day, orally, for five straight days. If you have a large flock to treat with a mild case of worms, it may be easier to give the medication via a feed mash (refer to the dosing below for that route).
