Sage in their diet

Quick question? We're curious if anyone feeds their flock Sage? We have tons of it and just wondering if it's ok for them to have?

They won't eat it unless starving. We use it for nesting sometimes and they never pick at it when they're free ranging

My chickens eat sage, oregano, basil & parsley in moderation. Parsley is their favorite!

I feed my chickens sage, and they like it.

Mine hate the texture, too touch maybe? If you use fresh young leaves you will have better luck. I had better success chopping it and dropping it on their feed. If they have any other herb choices they won't eat it at all.
