Salmon Faverolle roo or hen?

This is my 3 1/2 week old Faverolle chick. All the others have light brown coloring and this one has a lot of black which I’ve been told is a sign of a roo?

what do you think? Thank you!

That what I was afraid of. We can’t keep roosters and so far I for sure have 3 out of 10. Straight run chicks are so hard! Too bad I love him♥♥♥
That is always the risk when getting straight run. These little Faverolle cockerels are really cute but they grow quickly, so it would be best if you found a new home for them soon.

Where do you live, do you have a farm swap or place where you can exchange him?
 
I live in city limits and we just had an ordinance passed last week that allows us to keep hens only. I adore him and will do my best to find a good home for him.
