I have a rooster that is 5 months old, he doesn’t crow (knock on wood) and isn’t interested in the ladies at all. I have two hens at maturity and he’s not interested in them. When will he reach sexual maturity?

Nope! I’m only allowed to have one rooster where I live.

Well, then there's nothing to hold him back. Usually cockerels mature faster than pullets, so he's just taking his time.
Do you only have the two hens? That may not be enough to satisfy him until his hormones calm down... Be prepared to possibly have to separate.

I have a total of 7 hens.

I have three that will be laying within the month as well. I also have two younger pullets in the flock.
