My Favs are around 18 weeks old and nothing, nothing is happening with combs and wattles. I'm very happy with this ones beard tho! When will they start reddening up and showing some signs of getting near POL?

My 2 seem like babies still! Its my first time having this breed, and I must say I'm in love with them. They are quiet, gentle, non confrontational. And so pretty and soft. I love the beards.

They are so sweet and gentle that they often end up on the bottom of the pecking order in a mixed breed flock. Mine I need to accommodate as far as making sure they get enough to eat and they aren't being picked on. I do like their gentle demeanor, and they are goofy friendly little birds.

Exactly. One of my favs goes in and eats when they others leave the coop. I always make sure she gets an area away from the others to get goodies.
