Salmon Favorelle Roo or Pullet?

I’m a bit confused on one of my Salmon Favorelles. It does have some black feathers on its chest which I know is normally a cockerel sign but it’s not a big block of them and it otherwise is pretty similar to its sister in appearance. Not sure if it’s just because it’s hatchery quality or if it’s actually a roo. About 9 to 10 weeks old now.

A local feed store, not sure what hatchery they use though. Possibly Ideal Poultry.

My two girls came from Ideal (or Cackle? I forgot what the farm store told us), they are relatively good compared to other places such as Hoovers. Just luck of the draw haha.
(One’s comb got taken off in a freak accident, that’s why she looks bald lol)

Her sister looks better but yeah hatcheries are always a draw. It’s why I was second guessing myself on this one!

I had a pretty subpar one from Murray McMurray too but she just had a little soot in her beard. Her main problem was her messed up eye but I don’t think that had to do with the hatchery. I think she was injured as a chick and it never healed quite right.
