Same Rooster and hen two different chicks!!??

I just hatched chicks that came from Barred Rock Rooster New Hampshire red hen. Some look like Barred rock chicks others were yellow with random spots. Is this normal. Is one a boy other girl? I got 3 of each kind. (yes, the rooster is enormous!!!)
