Sanctuary Recommendations in Wisconsin

I'm in the process of getting a divorce and I also have 4 Brown hens. They mean the world to me but I can't take them with me. They are 2 years old and still laying eggs regularly. I live in the Milwaukeee, WI area. Please let me know if you know of any sanctuaries or families that would like them. I just want them to go to a good home.
