Sapphire Gems

Hi, my vet (during a visit for my dog) asked if they were loud egglayers. As mine are only 2.5 weeks old, I don’t know and I can’t find any information on how quiet or loud they are. Can anyone share their experience with theirs?

I have 4 that are 2YO. They are no more loud than any other hen in my flock,

I think my Sapphire Gems are quieter than my Special Black hybrids. They also don't feel the need to celebrate the Blacks egg laying feats - the Blacks like to spread the news when the Gems lay. Overall, it seems like my Gems are quieter all around, but they are also the ones that cannot figure out how the get back into the run when they let out to free-range. I have one Gem that will not leave the run at all.
