Jungle rooster tend to look just like that and some variations can actually fly! But they tend to be smaller more Livorno hen size.

Green jungle fowl are my favorite

But their are other like the red jungle fowl

And Gray jungle fowl

I believe it is a welsummer rooster. (Stock photo)

The hens are pretty, though not as flashy as the roosters (Wilma, my 1.5 year old hen)
