Scabs on combs?

A couple of our chickens have little round "scabs" on their combs. It has been unseasonably hot this year and I'm wondering if this something to do with it. Does anyone have any ideas or comments? Thanks!

Look up fowl pox.

do you have other roosters if you do they might just have been fighting

I don't have roosters, but I do have a couple of hens that peck at the others ones.
