I cannot tell from this picture, I'd need a closeup. Their feet do appear a bit dry. Because of the feathering of the feet, I'd wash their feet and legs in water and then simply lube up their legs and feet with a light cooking oil, something like sunflower oil as it absorbs into their skin quickly and will still suffocate any parasites that attempt to take refuge in the skin of your chicken's legs and has the bonus of moisturizing their skin at the same time. While you're handling your birds, ruffle their feathers with a dry lightly colored or white cloth under the wings, at the base of the tail and their vent area, and examine the bottoms of their feet as well. (a wellness check) Any dirt on the rag that is MOVING will indicate other external parasites that require different methods of management. Any brown spots or scabs on the bottom of the feet could indicate bumblefoot.
