Scaly Leg Mites on Cochin Feet, or Normal Feathered Feet?

Hi everyone, quick question here. I’ve never really worried about scaly leg mites before until my Serama started to have some minor raising scales. After I treated him with a foot soak and slathered in VetRX, I became concerned for my feather footed breeds and noticed this on my Cochin frizzle’s feet. Is this normal because of the feathers, or do I have a bad case of SLM? One toe looks fine while the other is concerning.
I don’t have anything to compare it to. Sorry this isn’t the best pic.

It looks normal to me but if you start to suspect mites, use olive oil, or petroleum jelly on their legs to smother the mites and permethrin in the coop. Vet rx is just Vicks rub for chickens.

Other toe looks normal because there's no feathers on it. The toe with feathers on it doesn't look concerning to me. The bumps look like where the feather goes into the toe. Have you looked up pictures of scaly legmites? The whole leg scale will raise up and point outward, giving the legs a prickly appearance almost. And when it gets really bad they look all crusty and gross.
