scaly legs

Unless you can catch it, theres not much you can do. And you have to be able to catch it numerous times to treat. I would catch it with a long pole fishing net then keep it in a little dog crate or something so that you have access to it when you need to treat it. Once its legs are healed up, you can let it go again.

Will she come to you for treats?
If you have a cage, scatter treats in and around the cage, then close the door so you have her.

Alternatively watch her around dusk to see where she goes, likely she is close by roosting in a tree. Wait until it's dark, then grab her.

great idea you seem like quite a pro, any idea on what to actually do to her one i have her
Since she is "wild", swaddle her loosely in a towel, this will capture her wings and make her easier to handle.
Ideally, have a helper since she is not used to being handled.
If possible, wash the legs first, gently scrubbing the scales with a soft brush to loosen the debris that is under them (what looks like dirt under the scales is mite poop). Dry the legs, then apply an oil (castor, vaseline, A+D ointment) or use Nu Stock. The oils will smother the mites.
Repeat at least once a week.

While you have her, examine her closely for any body lice or mites and treat for those if you see any - use a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust.

Before you catch her, have all your supplies ready so it makes it easy on you.
