Scaly Mites

Hi!
Do you think my girls feet look like she has scaly mites?
I’ve never had a chicken with this before, she’s my only hen that has dry legs like this.
What are you recommendations for treatment and Cleaning the coop? also should I treat the whole flock even without symptoms ?

They look dry to me.

You can apply a little vaseline or castor oil to her legs if you wish, it won't hurt a thing.
