Scapbooking beginner

I'm finally going to take the plung into scrapbooking. I've never made one before but I have been making cards for a couple years.

Where is the best place to get quilty scrapbooks, pages and embelishments? My first album I want to make is for my youngest daughter....a baby (1st year) album.

not sure what u mean by quality but i have bought lots of really nice scrapbooking stuff from joanne fabrics, biglots, walmart and ollies and ebay. prices r great and i have bought full kits, albums and all kinds of things. since the price is so reasonable i've been able to buy lots of stuff for many projects to do. maybe some of those places u can find some stuff u like.

another good one is watch lowes for the wallpaper books when they go on sale(discontinued) u can cut and use the wallpaper to make and decorate also. lots of times i get the sample books for $5 ea.
