Scarecrows???

Hey I've never had a problem with it but I've been kind of worried since I got my new babies. My big chickens usually hid under the deck anyway... But I was wondering if a scare crow of some sort would help to scare off Hawks so I don't have to worry about them... But I also don't wanna have to worry about the scarecrows coming to life either any advice??

A nice scarecrow or two will add to the ambience, and be a feature piece in your yard.
The raptors won't care for long, though.
