Scared our Janet is a John

Our Black Australorp is making some suspiciously crowing like noises, and is a bit different than our other birds. Can anyone lend a hand and help us figure out the sex?

It is bigger than the others by quite a bit, currently at 13 weeks. I think it walks very upright compared to the others, and it usually is the aggressor in the pecking fights that break out.

Thanks for your help and let me know if any more pics are needed, she/he is VERY standoffish, so can be hard to photograph.
