Scratched deeply by my hen, should I be concerned?

Are there any specific diseases I need to worry about from a deep hen scratch? I'm up to date on tetanus shots, but was wondering if there's anything specific from chickens like the chicken equivalent of cat scratch fever?

I got deeply scratched last week by my turkeys during processing. I scrubbed it really good with regular soap and water and I put neosporin on them each night. They are almost gone now, no problems.
