Screech coming from my PBR hen

My 10 mod old PBR hen Started letting out a loud occasional screech in the last 2 weeks. I’ve only heard it maybe 4 times. Now she has watery diarrhea with a dab of white and a few solecisms of green and a lot of water (2Tbs?). Her belly is soft and feels like it has fluid in it. I gave her an Epsom salts bath. She has not layed an egg in two days. And is not eating as much as she did a few days ago. Today she ate a little bit of scrambled eggs. She walks slower but still pecks at the ground. She seems very quiet.

There’s just a small dab of green in her poop.

The poop may be because shes not eating. Can you pick her up an inspect her? Check for mites or lice. Any discharge from the mouth, nose, or eyes. Check for egg bound. Is she walking with waddle? Any sores or abscesses in her mouth?

No sneezing, no discharge from eyes, mouth, nose. No mites or lice. Walk is slow but can speed up and looks normal. Poor appetite. Gave her Cell-boost and seemed more active. Chatters some as compared to yesterday’s silence. Tail feathers pointed up 80% most of time. No egg today but me thinks she’s not eating very much. Forages during free range time.
