Well now that's not to bad, imho. Did you buy them as chicks or hatching eggs? Do you know anyone else that has them?

The Garfield museum in Chicago is noted for it's Javas and I did contact them years ago about getting chicks but just never got to it.

The Garfield Farm Museum is about 6 miles from Primrose, I believe the Primrose resident farmer/manager used to work at Garfield IIRC. So the two have a good relationship.

We got them as chicks, about 5 weeks old, old enough to easily discern gender.
