searching for a flat-against-the-wall waterer

With square footage at a premium, I'd like to get away from a waterer that is a full cylinder. Anyone know of one or has plans to make one that is a half cylinder or a skinny but wide rectangle, a "wall-hugger", like those little wall pockets you hang on the wall for a potted plant?

Can you picture it? Does that make sense?
 
sounds like a good idea.... i havent seen one, nor am i handy

Are nipple waterers out of the question? I wanted to maximize space in my coop so my water storage requirement had to be outside. I run tubing into the coop connected to a short 1/2" PVC section vertically, with a nipple on the end. Mine is based on the design by Neil. Took a while but I found the post, #14 on the link below.
