My new additions (pair of Sebrights, hen and a rooster) went into general population a few days ago and my Sebright rooster (Napoleon) came out like gang busters which was expected but he continues to be aggressive. Him and the hen were in the separate pen within the coop for two weeks so they can get used to each others presence. When let out, he came out like a holy terror. He jumped on everybody to include my Wyandotte rooster (Roscoe). Im thinking of keeping him separated because its continuing to get worst. I just thought the extra room (900 sqft aviary type coop) would make him happier. I have another same type coop thats 2000 sqft but I have Guineas, Golden Pheasants and a Siapan Jungle Fowl which I know if I was to move him in there it would end his aggressivness fatally. I know Sebrights had a strong temperment but wow...he's got little man's desease to the 10th power. My small chicken flock consist of 8 Wyandotte hens, 1 Wyandotte rooster and a Millie hen who are all laid back and are now on edge because demon spawn is among them. Do I just give it time or separate him? If anyone can give me some sound advice with residential knowledge on Sebrights I would be greatful and so would the flock.
