Second coop help!

We built over time, using that old foundation, and also had barriers to deal with. Horse fencing north and east, trees west, and now trees south too. The plan is that it will be too difficult to expand again, limiting my flock size! This must be good...

I'm down to 36 chickens today, including that one day old bantam. Who knows what might hatch at Candy's incubator? Last winter we started with 48 (!!!) birds, too many.
Doing much better this year!
If I can avoid the bins at TSC...

We started out with one coop and now have 12 coops all different sizes and floor plans. We started out with 6 birds and have had as many of around 500 counting chicks. Downsizing now but it isn't easy. Good luck and have fun...
